Sealers
AS-1
A premium-quality, clear curing, sealing and hardening compound for new or existing concrete and masonry. The 25% solids and high-quality resin make this the premier cure and seal on the market. “VOC” formulation meets VOC content requirements.
BRIGHT KURE
A blend of 100% methyl/methacrylate polymers used as a superior curing, sealing and protective compound for exposed aggregate, colored concrete and other decorative concrete and masonry surfaces. Available in Gloss or Matte finishes. “VOC” formulation meets VOC content requirements.
Final Seal
A low viscosity, breathable, deep penetrating water repellent for concrete and masonry. Due to its unique formulation, TK- FINAL SEAL may be applied as a final sealer to concrete that was previously coated with a cure and seal compound. FINAL SEAL re-solvates the cure and seal resin, penetrating into the surface and sealing it off from water and harmful deicers.
SILOXANE DYE
A specially formulated pigmented waterproofing treatment for producing uniformly colored concrete surfaces that are water and chemically resistant. Available in standard or custom color options.
SALT PROTECTOR
TK Products TK-290 WB is a Water-based, low VOC Water and Salt repellent for concrete, bricks, and pavers for use in light commercial environments. TK-290 WB™ has excellent penetration to help protect against damage caused by freeze-thaw conditions and environments where salt is present.
COLORTEC
SureCrete’s SureSeal ColorTec Acrylic™ is an exterior concrete paint that can be used for coloring driveway and sidewalk that require a high traffic coating. 30 standard colors. Surecrete’s outdoor colored concrete surface sealer can also be color-matched to virtually any color in 1 and 5-gallon Low-VOC options.
COLORTEC 400
SureCrete’s Dura-Kote ColorTec 400WB™ commercial grade water-based colored floor polyurethane is manufactured to withstand the most punishing use such as forklifts and other industrial uses. This floor coating has a low VOC rating and can be used in just about any high traffic indoor concrete application
DK-400
SureCrete’s Dura-Kote DK 400WB™ water-based clear floor polyurethane top coat is available in either a gloss or matte finish. Formulated as a highly durable transparent flooring protective coating for interior commercial or residential applications with low VOC properties.
